About Samantha Bowes
I found yoga during a time when I was feeling lost and overwhelmed in high school. What began as a way to cope became my sanctuary, helping me find peace in the midst of chaos. Over the past 15+ years of practice, yoga has taught me to listen to my body, honor where I am, and find strength even on the days when I feel less than energized. Whether I’m practicing for 20 minutes at home or attending a full studio class, I’ve learned that just a little breath and movement can shift everything.
As a teacher since 2020, I’m here to guide you in your own journey, whether you’re seeking physical strength, mental clarity, or simply a moment of calm in your day. No matter your experience level, my goal is to help you build confidence, connect to your body, and discover the transformative power of yoga in a way that feels accessible and empowering.
